180 - Tuna and Potato [Atún y Patata]

Tuna Steak with chickpeas and potatoes. I'm also wondering why. Here's hoping this recipe explains itself.

The Verdict:
Weird. Not altogether unpleasant but weird. Needs some form of crunch to it. Very moo shy texturally. Flavourwise it's v
bland although the saffron and paprika give it a slightly spiced flavour and a very warm colour. Altogether a bit odd.
