Another one from the great guys at Cerviche! This one was vegetable green rice with marinaded, pork belly. Yum!
The Verdict
Very, very tasty. The meat was cooked absolutely perfectly and the light, almost sticky texture to the rice was a great accompaniment. Not as perhaps as zingy or adventurous as some of the dishes I've had there however still absolutely delicious.
