192 - Stuffed Tomato [Tomato Relleno]

This is something I'd been wanting to do for a while. Mainly because it looks great, colourful and fun.

The Verdict:
The filling was a bit too eggy and bland. And with such a large tomato there was a lot of raw, chunky tomato. That said it looked AMAZING!
