203 - Chorizo Fritatta

Quick use the oven, the fire alarm and extractor fan have been fixed briefly and break out the eggs. I'm not feeling all that great and it's been freezing so I've come round to eggs again. Baked Chorizo and olive tapanade fritatta here we go..

The Verdict

There's so much of this that I will be eating it for days but its good! Worked really well despite being made in a fairly small, shallow frying pan. yum flavours and will go great for dinner, lunch or breakfast (probably all three tomorrow).
