219 - Sweet Rice Pudding [Dulce Arroz con Leche]

I have barely done any desserts so here's another rice based one. Another wintry comfort food which was very tasty.

The Verdict

I prefer custard to rice pudding but as a comforting warm dessert this was nice. I like rice pudding simple with syrup, honey or as in this case a sprinkle of brown sugar.
