225 - Red Pepper Paste [Rojo Pasta de Pimiento]

This is similar to the chilli paste which can be made and kept for a few weeks and can be used as a base for sauces or to add to any dish that you think requires it. It's more roasted pepper than chill so we shall see how this one fares.

The Verdict
Really tasty and a lot more balanced than the chill paste. I can see this coming in handy. Lovely roasted, semi smokey flavours combined with lime and fresh tomatoes and a hint of chilli.
